- Heroic/Anti-Heroic: Max not only saved the school from going bankrupt as a result of Principal Jindraike embezzling with the school's budget, but he also saved the animals in the shelter from being run over by a bulldozer driven by Jindraike.
- Mischievous: Max pulls pranks on his enemies and takes great amount of joy out of them.
- Rebellious: Max rebels against Principal Jindraike's school rules after learning that the latter is closing down the animal shelter and is using most of the school's budget to replace it with a football stadium.
